We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
 

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before your event date are eligible for a full refund.
   

• Partial Refund or Credit: Cancellations made 3 days before the event may receive a 50% refund or a credit towards a future rental, based on availability.
   

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
   

All cancellations must be made in writing via email or text. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused items, or cancellations due to weather unless otherwise discussed in advance.
